Amboseli安博塞利
Experience the majestic views of Mt. Kilimanjaro and encounter large elephant herds in their natural habitat
About Amboseli
Amboseli National Park is renowned for its spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in the world. Located in southern Kenya, this park offers some of the best wildlife viewing experiences in Africa, with its population of elephants being among the most studied in the world.
The name "Amboseli" comes from a Maasai word meaning "salty dust," referring to the dried-up lake bed that characterizes the park's landscape during dry seasons. When it rains, the plains transform into lush wetlands, attracting a diverse range of wildlife.

Wildlife
Amboseli is famous for its large elephant herds, with over 1,500 elephants residing in the ecosystem. These elephants have been studied for decades by researchers and are known for their impressive tusks. The park is also home to lions, cheetahs, buffalos, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and over 400 bird species.
Cultural Experience
Visitors can engage with the local Maasai communities, learning about their traditions, lifestyle, and how they coexist with wildlife. These cultural interactions provide a deeper understanding of Kenya's rich heritage and the importance of conservation.
